Substitution Information:
(Substitutions, Upgrades and Downgrades will be done at the collection Venue – You need to first collect the original race number then come to inquiries.)
- Collect your number from registration either in person or with an authorization letter and this number confirmation.
- Provide a letter of authorization signed by yourself detailing the person who is substituting your entry
- The new entrant will then submit a completed entry form together with a substitution fee of R50 cash only.
- NO SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE DONE ON RACE DAY

PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO BUY A JOHNSON CRANE ENTRY FROM ANY ONE BUT THE BENONI HARRIERS CLUB OR ONLINE FROM CHAMPIONCHIP.
It’s been brought to the race organisers attention that some people are busy with a scam trying to sell entries that do not exist. SUBSTITUTION CAN ONLY BE DONE AT REGISTRATION. You will need a copy of both parties ID’S and written permission from the one that have entered and a contact number so we can verify that you can do the substitution at registration.
