Running Captain Challenge Rules

You need to attend 2 or more of the activities and 4 club training runs a month in order to receive a SPECIAL Running Captain Challenge MEDAL that will be hand out after the PUB RUN

We will send out a training run notice every day on the group. Make sure you on the group in order to get the notice. If not please inform Dawie or Johan

If there is any Runner/committee member that are willing to help me with Training School at any of the 4 contact Anthea.
