The aim of Benoni Harriers is to promote a healthy lifestyle and also to create an opportunity to meet like minded people in your community. We encourage people of all levels to join us for our weekly trial runs “no membership required” and no one will get left behind. Sometimes we will meet afterwards and have some drinks and maybe something to eat.
We will usually meet weekdays at 18:00 and then start running 18:15. Please see our notice board for upcoming events and participation. Our experienced running captains will take the lead.
