On Behalf of Benoni Harriers AC and Johnson Crane Hire we would like to thank all runners who have entered our race on the 28th January 2018. Due to the magnitude of the product, logistics and the number of entrants to collect Race Packs we will only have one entry collection point this year. Please see important information regarding entry collection and race day.

Important points:

• Collect your Race Number and Race Pack from the registration venue listed below. (Please note that the store is only a collection point and won’t be able to provide any race information.)
• Please be sure to bring your race confirmation and (ID or Drivers Licence) with you to the registration.
• 2017 ASA Licences will be valid for this race and must be worn on the front & back of your running vest.
• Your Johnson Crane race number must be worn on the front of your vest however it must not cover the sponsor of your ASA licence.
• Be sure to attach your registered ChampionChip to your shoe for the race. Please ensure that you only have 1 chip on your shoe.
• 42 & 21km run starts at 06h00
• 5 & 10km start 6h30
• Kiddies fun run start 7h00
• Please arrive at the venue early on race day.

Substitution Information:

(Substitutions, Upgrades and Downgrades will be done at the collection Venue – You need to first collect the original race number then come to inquiries.)

• Collect your number from registration either in person or with an authorization letter and this number confirmation.
• Provide a letter of authorization signed by yourself detailing the person who is substituting your entry
• The new entrant will then submit a completed entry form together with a substitution fee of R50 cash only.
• NO SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE DONE ON RACE DAY

Collecting on behalf of someone?

• Entrants are able to collect race numbers on behalf of other runners PROVIDED they bring a copy of the fellow runners ID or drivers license together with this authorization letter.
