Runners need to do 10 or 15 and 21/32/42 to get a Chairman’s Challenge Trophy .
Walkers 5/10/15/21
Juniors4x 5km or 2x5km and 2x10km
I will send program of suggested races on Group. There will be a book at al races make sure you write your time in the book
